The 70’s – 80’s: Our Inception Era
Originally established in 1975, C. S. Santiago Construction Co. Inc. (CSSCCI) started as a single proprietorship firm with a Small B category from PCAB engaged in the construction of houses, buildings, roads, canals, drainage systems and bridges.

It was organized as a duly registered corporation in 1985 and through the years, the company expanded from purely land based projects to marine construction.

90’s – The Present: Finding our niche and extending our reach
As CSSCCI concentrated in offshore constructions and other marine works, the company expanded its customer base engaging both private and government sectors with extensive dealings with the Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA), Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Department of Transportation and Communication (DOTC), Philippine Ports Authority (PPA), Petron Corporation, Shell Petroleum Philippines Corporation, Caltex Philippines, Sea Oil Petroleum and Mabini Terminal Inc.
Recently awarded contracts include bagging USAID's Jolo Airport Runway Improvement Project and Tigerland's multi-million chemical tank farm and port facilities at Mabacong, Batangas

Our founder and Chairman of the Board is Engineer Celso Santiago who has over 50 years of experience in the Philippine construction industry. “CS”, as he is fondly called, is our visionary leader and has established the corporate culture of “Customer First”! A technical man, he ensures that all infrastructures that CSSCCI builds satisfy international standards.

 

Through the years, CS has pioneered methodologies deserving of his name in the offshore construction projects he undertook. He has likewise trained his team of engineers and workers with his hands-on approach. Our second generation of leaders is led by Engineer Reginald Santiago, the Vice President of CSSCCI. Fondly called “Vice”, Reggie started from the bottom of the organization and to date, he has mastered the ropes of the business earning respect of both colleagues and customers.
